How long is my credit and status valid for?
You can enjoy the rewards of your current tier status during the benefit period of 12 months.
Your earned Cashback Rewards is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Subsequent orders will be 365 days from that purchase date.
Status Tiers are based on how much you have earned during the previous 12 months. As long as you have earned above the required amount you will retain your level.
Your membership status will auto upgrade?
Yes it will auto upgrade based on your cashback reward balance.
How can I maintain my membership status?
To maintain your current membership status after 12 months, make sure to reach have the required cashback earned amount for the period.
Spending your cashback does not affect your current membership level. So shop and spend freely and you will keep growing in tiers!
